If you are crying frequently or having trouble with moving on in life, it's not because something is wrong with you.  Many of us have not been given the proper tools for how to grieve productively in a way that releases our pain. 

Let's spend some time together in a supportive community for Grieving With Grace.  I'll share with you the tools I have used for the last 20 years to help women heal their hearts after loss. We will do interactive exercises together to release guilt, regret, fear and pain associated with grief.
